My Approach

I am an holistic therapist which means that I treat problems by looking at the whole problem and not just what is presented. I look for the cause of the problem and then try to tailor treatments to help relieve the issue and to also try and prevent the same problem from occurring in the future. 


This can be stretches, changes to exercise patterns, nutritional help. I am not here to judge you on diets (I am not thin!) or to get you to go to the gym (I don’t) but to make small changes which you can include into your lives without much effort that may give better results (these I do myself!).


We all lead busy lives and are often juggling many things so it’s about balance and including things which you can fit into your lives easily.

I like to think I am a friendly and approachable person. I am empathetic and happy to listen to people. Often our problems come from the inside as well as the outside. All treatments are confidential and a safe space.

I treat people of all ages and genders. If you want someone to sit in the room with you then we can manage that. I have treated children under 18 years before but do require an adult to be present. 

I always work within an individual’s pain thresholds. Some people like a deep treatment but others require more gentle pressure and I manage this to make sure everyone leaves my treatment room with a treatment that they found beneficial.
